One handy workaround for this crap, is to use the lesser known antiquated versions of cut + paste: CTRL + Insert (copy) SHIFT + Delete (cut) SHIFT + Insert (paste) Most web dev’s forget to disable these old shortcuts so you can use them in most HTML forms that have the usual cut/paste shortcuts disabled.
